I have been in public education for the past 20+ years. I taught English at both comprehensive and alternative sites in 5 districts in Northern California and Austin, TX. Currently I am a Professional Learning Specialist and Transformational Coach for the Roseville Joint Union High School District. I have my Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction. I am a Google Certified Educator Level 1 and 2. I have also been a certified yoga teacher for the past 15 years. My work in Transformational Coaching, yoga and education as has led me to my passion of helping people cultivate resilience to lead happier lives.
